Delivery to the EU

We ship as fast as we can. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1 to 3 days, but transit time can take up to 3 to 10 days depending on your location.
Therefore, please allow 14 days delivery time. All our orders are shipped with DHL, so your gear is in good hands. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
Delivery to Switzerland
Deliveries to Switzerland are shipped DDP (taxes and duties paid) with Swiss Post – the price you pay when you checkout is the total price, and there are no additional charges on delivery.

Delivery to Germany
Delivery within Germany We dispatch as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and delivered within 1 to 3 days, but the dispatch time can take 2 to 5 days depending on the location.
Therefore, please allow 8 days for delivery. All our orders are shipped with DHL, so your equipment is in good hands. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

International Delivery
International deliveries require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup which are not covered in our shipping rate. Please check with your responsible customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping time
How long will it take for an International order to arrive?
International orders could often take about two or three weeks to arrive, but shipping to some countries can take longer, especially if the package is held up in customs. Once the items ship from our warehouse we cannot do anything to locate or expedite the package, and anything that happens in customs is beyond our control. We try to ship all items out within two business days of placing the order. Often orders are shipped the same day.
Damaged Shipments
We vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to customercare@voited.com.

If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion.
