Our returns policy
We want you to love everything you purchase from VOITED and we stand by every item we make. If you purchased a product directly from our site and aren’t satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us unused within 30 days and we’ll issue you a refund for the product.
All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and VOITED tags attached to them. This also includes all accessories and the stuff sack (if applicable). You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the product shows signs of usage or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
Value-Set / Bundle purchases - when more than one item is purchased as a Value-Set / bundle and a discount is received on a further item the following applies:
All items must be returned together. If we receive the full price item back without the other discounted item/s then the value discounted will be deducted from the value of your returned item.

If you received 30% off for spending €520, but after a return your kept items total €220 (before discount), the order discount will be adjusted to 15%. Here's how your refund will be calculated:
- Original order value paid: €520 -30% = €364
- Returned items value before discount: €300
- New order value before discount: €520 - €300 = €220
- New order value minus adjusted discount: €220 -15% = €187
- Refund amount: €364 - €187 = €177
Purchases with a free gift - when an item that exceeds the value criteria for the free gift is returned, the "FREE gift" should also be returned. If a partial order is returned and the item has a lower value than the criteria for the "FREE gift', then the "FREE gift" must also be returned. For example, a "FREE gift" is offered on orders €100 or over - if the order after partial return has a value of below €100 then the "FREE gift" should also be returned. If the order after partial return has a value of above €100, then the "FREE gift" does not need to be returned.
If we receive your order back without the FREE gift the full retail price of the gift will be deducted from the value of your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged/defective when you received it.
We kindly request that you do not use our product boxes to ship returns. To ensure the safe return of your items, please either cover the original product packaging or place it inside a larger shipping box. This helps us maintain the quality of our products and ensures a hassle-free return process for you.
What to do if you need to return a product:
EU orders only:
Step 1:
Prep your return item(s) by printing and completing a Return Form. Include the order number and note the reason for return.
Please note: If you don't have the order number, please include your name, email address and a description of the product.

Once your return is received and checked you’ll get an email notification informing you that we’ve processed your refund. Depending on your payment method the refund will be completed in 5-7 business days. Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Gift Card).
Switzerland orders:
Please contact customercare@voited.com for details of the returns instructions and costs. We cannot accept returns sent without prior approval.
International orders:
Unfortunately we are unable to process returns for orders outside of the EU. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact customercare@voited.com.
Exchanges
As we do not offer exchanges, simply return any unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order at VOITED.EU for your replacement item(s).
