VOITED Members get free standard delivery on all orders - just sign in or sign up before you place your order.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

We ship as fast as we can. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1 to 3 days, but transit time can take up to 3 to 10 days depending on your location.

Therefore, please allow 14 days delivery time. All our orders are shipped with DHL, so your gear is in good hands. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Delivery to Switzerland

Deliveries to Switzerland are shipped DDP (taxes and duties paid) with Swiss Post – the price you pay when you checkout is the total price, and there are no additional charges on delivery.

Delivery to Germany

Delivery within Germany We dispatch as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and delivered within 1 to 3 days, but the dispatch time can take 2 to 5 days depending on the location. 

Therefore, please allow 8 days for delivery. All our orders are shipped with DHL, so your equipment is in good hands. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

International Delivery 

International deliveries require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup which are not covered in our shipping rate. Please check with your responsible customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (EU) within 2 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 10 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Shipping time

How long will it take for an International order to arrive?

International orders could often take about two or three weeks to arrive, but shipping to some countries can take longer, especially if the package is held up in customs. Once the items ship from our warehouse we cannot do anything to locate or expedite the package, and anything that happens in customs is beyond our control. We try to ship all items out within two business days of placing the order. Often orders are shipped the same day.

Damaged Shipments

We vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to customercare@voited.com.

Voited Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. Voited guarantees its products to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable lifetime of the product. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion.

Currency

Voited.eu prices can be displayed in a variety of currencies, but the following will apply:

European Orders:

Orders will be transacted in Euro by your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency. Non-EU order totals shown in Euro during checkout are only estimates of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates to Euro and exclude any taxes, duties, levies or tariffs that may be imposed.

International Orders
