I ordered the wrong product. Can I change my order?

Our top priority is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. We are unable to make changes to an order after it is placed.

I haven’t received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

We send out a confirmation email when the order is placed. After the order ships, you will receive a shipping email that includes tracking information. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam/junk folder.
You can always contact us to have these re-sent.

Why doesn’t my discount code work?

If your promo code won’t apply or you get an error message, check whether the following applies to you:
- You’ve already used the code. Our promo codes can only be used once, so if you’ve ever used the code in the past then it won’t work again.
- The items aren’t eligible. Check the terms and conditions of the code, and make sure the items in your shopping bag aren’t excluded items.
- The code has been entered incorrectly. The codes are case sensitive so enter it exactly as it is written and try again.
- The code has expired. Check the expiry date of the code, as some of them run for a limited time or expire after a set period.
If you have checked all of the above and are still having issues with the code, please contact us.

Where can I fill in my discount code?

Clicking on Shopping cart will open a page containing an overview of your order. Under your item(s), you'll find the field 'Enter promo code'.
Please note, it is only possible to redeem one discount code per order.

Can I use multiple discount/promo codes on one order?

Generally not. The discount codes will only apply one per order, and will not apply against items that have already been discounted.

What is your warranty policy?

We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. VOITED guarantees its products to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable lifetime of the product. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
In case your product does show any quality defects, please contact us.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order anytime as long as your package has not yet left our shipping depot. In this case please send an email containing your order number to a member of our customer service team at customercare@voited.com, explaining that you would like to cancel the order. A refund will be made via the same payment method you used to place the order. The refund process usually takes around seven working days from the moment your order is successfully canceled.

How can I track my order?

We send out a confirmation email when the order is placed. After the order ships, you will receive a shipping email that includes tracking information.
Please check your spam folder in the event you did not receive any confirmation within 24 hrs after placing your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship as fast as we can. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1 to 3 days, but transit time can take up to 3 to 10 days depending on your location. Therefore, please allow 14 days delivery time. All our orders are shipped with DPD, so your gear is in good hands. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

I haven’t received a shipping confirmation email. What should I do?

a) After the order ships, you will receive a shipping email that includes tracking information. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder. You can always contact us to have these re-sent.
b) Your order is a Pre-Order, please review the shipping date stated on the website for the selected item. The selected item will be shipped on or around the provided date. We send out a confirmation email when the order is placed. After the order ships, you will receive a shipping email that includes tracking information.
If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam/junk folder. You can always contact us to have these re-sent.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally. International deliveries require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup which are not covered in our shipping rate. Please check with your responsible customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order.

How long will it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed and out the door in 1 to 3 days, but transit time can take up to 3 to 10 days depending on your location. Therefore, please allow 14 days delivery time.

What happens to my package if I’m not at home when it is delivered?

Not at home on delivery day? No problem! The carrier will make a second delivery attempt or deposit your package at a shipping affiliate close to you where you can pick it up. You can retrieve your package from there within seven working days at a time that is convenient for you.
Please note, in order to retrieve your package, you must bring with you a valid form of ID and your shipment tracking number.

How do I change my shipping / billing information on my recently placed order?

Because orders are processed quickly, we are usually unable to modify or cancel your order once it is received. However, if you have entered billing/shipping information incorrectly please contact us via customercare@voited.com. Please include your order number.

How to deal with damaged shipments?

We've vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care. However, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to customercare@voited.com. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number (please be prepared to provide an alternative and secure address for a second delivery attempt).

I would like to exchange for a different colour or size.

To exchange an item for something else, you’ll need to return the item you would like to exchange back using the following process stated below. After we get the item back, we’ll send you an electronic gift card for the equivalent value which you can use to place a new order.
Keep an eye on your inbox - the gift card will be sent to the email address attached to the original order. We’ll also include the shipping cost for the original order in the value of the gift card, so you don’t have to pay shipping twice. Please note, the cost to ship back the original item.

Sale items
Sales items (those displaying a reduced price) are eligible for a return or exchange. Simply return it to us unused within 14 days and we’ll issue you a refund for the product.

What is the difference between CloudTouch , Polar Fleece and Ripstop Blankets?

The CloudTouch is a high-loft, soft and fluffy brushed knit fabric made from 100% recycled polyester. The overall effect is similar to real sheep's wool, but our CloudTouch lining is lighter weight, much less bulky and faster drying. The structure of high loft brushed fabric contains air pockets. These air pockets assist in trapping in heat. CloudTouch maintains its soft, fluffy texture even after it's been washed, just be sure to use a gentle cycle and let it air dry.

The Polar Fleece, 100% recycled PolarFleece used by VOITED creates a comfortable layer of insulation by trapping air in the pockets between its fibers. This helps to warm air, created by your natural body heat, next to your body. The brushed fabric sits flatter than CloudTouch, hence more user friendly for outdoors with grass and leaves easier to brush off.

The Ripstop blankets, made out of 100% Recycled Plastic bottles, using ripstop on both sides, is your outdoor choice of blanket, being abrasion resistant, water repellent, easy to shake off sand and wash off dirt, while providing adequate insulation for cooler days.
